Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for driving key growth initiatives, managing stakeholders, and activating new accounts for the Senior Backend Engineer (Node.js/Python) role.
• Contribute to end-to-end execution of operational, technical, or strategic deliverables.
• Ensure performance metrics, SLA compliance, and cross-functional project success.
• Growing partner/distribution network and expanding business outreach across assigned geographies.
• Plan, forecast, measure, and report metrics on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
